Why did my order go to the wrong address?

We ship to the address you provide during checkout. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your shipping label has been printed. The email will include a tracking number that you can use to track your package. We can not be held responsible for orders that go to the wrong address. The address pre-populates during processing and we do not see or have access to any old addresses on your account. If your order gets sent to the wrong address due to customer input error, we can not be held responsible for replacements or refunds.

When will my order be shipped?

SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Orders scheduled to be dropped off on a USPS holiday will be dropped off the next business day.

Orders placed between 6:01am EST Monday and 6am EST Tuesday will be processed together on Tuesday and dropped off at the post office on Wednesday.

Orders placed between 6:01am EST Tuesday and 6am EST Wednesday will be processed together on Wednesday and dropped off at the post office on Wednesday.

Orders placed between 6:01am EST Wednesday and 6am EST Thursday will be processed together on Thursday and dropped off at the post office on Friday.

Orders placed between 6:01am EST Thursday and 6am EST Friday will be processed together on Friday and dropped off at the post office on Friday.

Orders placed between 6:01am EST Friday and 6am EST Monday will be processed together on Monday and dropped off at the post office on Tuesday.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated for several days?

We have noticed an increase in this type of scenario over the last year or so. Most of the time, the package will magically appear within 10-12 days of a tracking freeze. We do not know why this happens but we appreciate your patience and understanding that we have no control over this.

My order was over $75. Why was I charged for shipping?

Your order will automatically qualify for free shipping when your SUBTOTAL is over $75. If you have $75 in your cart and your order still shows a shipping charge, please check to make sure you are over $75 AFTER all clearance price discounts have been deducted. The $75 subtotal also does not count shipping costs. Example: If your total is $100 and you receive a $40 discount from sale items, then are charged $17 for shipping, your subtotal is $60 NOT $77 and therefore the order will not qualify for free shipping.

Why is shipping so high and will it really cost that much to ship my order?

All U.S. orders with a SUBTOTAL over $75 will qualify for Free Shipping.  Our shipping rates are automatically calculated by USPS, based on weight and shipping address.  Sometimes the shipping does not calculate correctly or take into account that we can use flat rate boxes.  In the event that it costs less to ship your order than what you are charged, we will issue a refund for the overage when the order is processed.

My order should have been here already. Why hasn’t it been delivered?

PLEASE understand that once your package is marked “Accepted” by the USPS, we no longer have any control over it. Please don't blame us for any poor service the USPS may provide. Covid-19 is still impacting shipping times on both domestic and international orders. There is a shortage of transportation and there are millions of packages sitting in warehouses around the world waiting for transport. We appreciate your continued patience and support and know that we are doing our part to get your orders processed and shipped within a day or 2 of it being placed. From there, it is in the hands of USPS to get it to you. Priority and first class packages are still experiencing extreme delays at this time.

Tracking for my order shows “delivered” but it has not been delivered. What do I do now?

USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait at least 5 business days, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive soon. You can contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information. Why did my orders all ship in one package?

When ordering multiple items with free shipping, we will place them all in one package in order to cut down on the shipping costs on our end. This will help us to continue to offer free shipping on these items.

Why hasn’t anyone responded to my email?

During business hours Monday - Friday 8am-6pm EST, we usually try to respond to messages within a couple of hours. Evenings and weekends may take a bit longer or until the following business day to respond. This is because we do work very hard and long hours during the week in order to provide the best possible customer service and fast shipping times. We really enjoy being able to spend evenings and weekends with our families. We appreciate your patience during these times.
